What we collect

• Your email address — to confirm signals and commitments and to contact you about ideas you are part of.
• The email you give to see the full board — we use it only for short updates about the idea board, and you can opt out any time.
• The display name you provide — it appears next to your signal or commitment.
• The context you optionally add to a signal — one free line about what you do about the problem today.
• An anonymised, cookieless analytics hash — we count page views without setting cookies or tracking you across sites.

Why

We use this to run the idea board: to confirm that signals and commitments are real, to show who is behind them, to keep you posted about ideas you are part of, and to understand how many people visit the pages.

How long we keep it

• Signals and commitments are kept for as long as the idea lives on the board.
• Anonymous analytics are kept for about twelve months.
• If you ask for deletion, we remove all your data within 30 days.

Ask for deletion

If you want us to delete everything tied to your email address, ask below. We send a confirmation link to the address, and once you click it, we delete signals, commitments, registrations and profile data within 30 days.
