How it works
Share an idea the community needs. Others show the need is real and join with time and skills. An idea that clears four gates gathers the team for an online build session.
Four gates
Clear one-pager
The idea is written as a clear one-pager: the problem, who it affects, what people do today and what the first version does. An administrator reviews it before it is published.
Confirmed demand
Enough people have shown the need is real with a confirmed signal. Every signal requires a confirmed email address, so the numbers count real interest.
Complete team
Enough people have joined with time and a role for the idea to actually be built — not just an owner, but a team where someone can also reach the users.
Five user conversations
The owner has talked to at least five potential users and shared what they learned, so the idea rests on real conversations and not guesswork.
The build session
An idea that clears all four gates gathers the owner and team for an online build session, where you plan the first version together. The platform brings the people and the signals together — the rest happens in the session.
Core and adjacent
Best suited: ideas where the halallens community is the market, or where the community is a good first market. Ideas further from the community are a rarer fit here.
No money on the platform
No money on the platform — anything about funding happens off-platform, directly between people.
What we don't host
We don't host ideas involving gambling, adult content, alcohol, tobacco or drugs, and we may decline anything else at our discretion.
